Dean in Germany; 4th PDC Euro Tour Event

Dean travelled to Stuttgart to take part in the 4th PDC European Tour event.  The German Darts Masters commenced on Friday with the first round split across two sessions at the Glaspalast in Sindelfingen, near Stuttgart.

The £82,100 European Tour event opens with play in the first round being held on two stages.  All games during the tournament are the best of 11 legs, with each game expected to last around 30 minutes

Dean played his first game against the well known Paul Nicholson in round 1, on the main stage in front of the Germany fans.  The winner takes a minimum £1,000 from the tournament…

Unfortunately The Asset took his chances, with an early break to go 3-2 up, then just held onto throw for 4-2, and then took the next 2 legs to win through.
